Before adding a service, make sure to complete your Seller profile. This profile contains key information about your services and is visible to customers on the front end. A well-completed profile helps build trust and can greatly influence a customer’s decision to hire you.
Take the following steps to set up your profile:
From the Menu, click on Settings.
Go to the Company Settings tab and fill in any missing information not submitted during sign-up. This may include your front page image (to help uniquely identify and differentiate your business), time zone, and About Us section—highlighting your experience, capabilities, and the value you offer to potential clients.
Click on the Work Hours tab to specify when your business is available to provide services.
From the Menu, click on the Service Types We Offer link to select the types of services your business provides.
Important: The information you provide here is also included in customer search results. Be sure to use relevant industry terms and keywords that potential clients are likely to search for.
