Each assignment is reviewed to determine the appropriate staffing level, duties, schedule, and security requirements before service begins. Our officers are expected to arrive on time, remain professional, follow post orders, document incidents, and immediately report serious concerns to management and the appropriate authorities when necessary. Clients are asked to provide accurate site information, emergency contacts, access instructions, scheduling requirements, and any special certifications or duties needed for the assignment. Pricing may vary based on staffing levels, armed or unarmed service, hours, holidays, short-notice requests, specialized training, travel, supervision, or other site-specific requirements. Schedule changes, cancellations, and additional service requests should be communicated as early as possible to help ensure proper staffing and coverage.Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be made as early as possible to avoid unnecessary charges. Services canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a minimum service charge or the full scheduled shift, depending on staffing commitments and the nature of the assignment. If an officer has already been dispatched, arrived on site, or the cancellation occurs after the scheduled start time, the applicable minimum-hour requirement will be charged.
